Addendum:
Effective January 1, 1990: Dues = $215 per year per lot. Effective January 1, 2002: RTS (Ready to Serve Water) = $70 per year per lot. Total Dues and RTS = $285 per year per lot.
County codes set a precedent over the Turtle Cove Covenants and are subject to change. Please check with the county for current regulations. |
